Can you price match for a cheaper trip I found online?
Yes and no. It’s important to check for details such as flight restrictions, layovers, transfers (and if they’re private or shared), room type, insurance coverage, and if the package is refundable. If it’s an even comparison, we may be able to request a price-match from the supplier we are working with. However, while we strive to meet your financial considerations, our primary goal is to deliver the greatest overall quality rather than simply offering the cheapest price tag. Whether you are looking to spend $3,000 or $30,000, we are here to ensure that you receive the best value for your investment.
Do I really need travel insurance?
YES. Travel insurance can provide compensation and/or minimize the financial risks of unforeseen circumstances such as:
-Missed connections, delayed flights, lost luggage
-Medical expenses due to illness/injury
-Leaving early or rescheduling for a family emergency
-Canceling for any reason when reservations are non-refundable

How do payments work?
We take care of the payments for your booking, from first deposit to final payment. We use a secure processing system that does not store your card information, and we can use different credit cards for different payment amounts in the case of multiple individuals on one itinerary.
Can I use frequent flyer miles or hotel points?
Unfortunately no, you would need book separately through your rewards program if you plan to use points as payment. However, we can connect your loyalty numbers with your reservation before you travel.
What if I don’t have a specific destination in mind?
No problem! We’re here to provide you with options and ideas specific to your desires so that we can create your dream vacation!
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We’re here to support you every step of the way. We understand that life events can sometimes disrupt your plans, and if you need to cancel or reschedule, we’re here to help you navigate any challenges. Whether it’s assisting with rebooking arrangements or providing guidance on cancellation policies, we want to make this process as smooth as possible for you. We strongly recommend travel insurance, as many airlines and hotels are non-refundable and/or have cancellation fees outside of our control. This is an option we can discuss in detail during your consultation call.
